i don't understand your problem, you can see the link or no? In the past some other members (no admin) had already edit engines, i don't see the problem in the program. But if you had accepted to be an admin, there will be not this problem.

There is no difference either if I will edit it from engine page or car page.

What is the problem exactly? Do you want to change something about an engine, but you can't? If so, you could just say what has to be changed, and I will do it.

I will ask my IT friend to try to resolve my problem with editing engine, because I am really annoyed with it.

No. He said that only main admin can do it, but Rinspeed told me that it is problem on my side. Now I am really confused.

Still an obvious Mini ripoff, but it looks like they put some Fiat 500 into the front end this time.

Front looks like a VW, rear looks like a mix of previous gen Lexus IS and the current Toyota Corolla, and the interior...looks pretty decent, except for that steering wheel.

Something about it doesn't look right, maybe it's the fact that there's only buttons on the left side of it, or that I'm too used to cars having buttons on both sides of the steering wheel...

Wow. Never heard of this one before.

Also, I think we've found the inspiration for the original NSX's 2002 facelift. The headlights look rather similar in layout.

This car reminds me some electric 1990s thing, could anyone discover what it is? Its top speed is like 90km/h, it was made in 1996 (i dunno if it is end or start of production) and its model name should be 2000, if I recall correctly. It looks way much faster than it is.

Yes exactly, and expectations are completely different as well. In the US, if a car stays the same for too long (and especially in a highly competitive sedan segment), people won't buy it anymore because they know they can get something better, and are willing to pay for it. In India on the other hand, people want a car they can afford with some basic options. As most people there will never buy a fully equipped car, it's not necessary to keep updating a car.

What Mitsubishi did with the Lancer is a strange move. It doesn't seem the right market for such an action (especially if you consider the Lancer has disappeared from the Japanese market, where something like this occurs more often), and it wasn't that popular compared to its competition anyway.

Of course, I have no actual experience with American or Indian consumers, but I'm just judging on the basis of key trends for those markets.

Well, when you consider the Russians, Indians, and Chinese have been getting decades out of older car designs, anything's possible with just the right amount of updating.

Well USA is (at least in the eyes of eastern coutries) area with tougher requiments. In Russia, you need to have tough car (as I say, every soviet car is more or less suitable for off-roading) with no eletrical gadgets, So what you would update, when you have cheap car that can ride on 76 octane petrol with lot of spare parts and easy to repair... That is why are eastern new car markets filled with slightly or not at all updated vehicles that run production more than 15 years.

But europeans see USA as a country that proably needs modern cars with newest and coolest gadgets. That is proably why Desscythe17 was curious about the fact that car this old is still slightly facelifted than replaced by new model. But yes, it is fact that USA is a country that was able to produce sport car with solid rear axle in 21st century, and not that much things objectively changed in US market.

Plus, most auto journalists consider the Mirage to be a car from the 90's in a modern world that is actually selling decently, so why not?

If you believe it, the Lancer has been facelifted for the US-market for 2016. They seem to think they can get even more out of a 8 year old car.
