according to the data the Sbarro Stash could easily beat a Ferrari 308, at that time one of the fastest cars.

this car was designed by engineers from Shanghai and the old Rover plant in Longbridge (called SMTC UK now), but they sat in China while designing it.
btw, they only sell the MG brand in the UK while a Roewe sale in europe is still not planned. Belarus is an exception, where some Roewe cars are sold. |

this was really sold in Germany, but i found only this evidence:
www.autobild.de/bilder/daihatsu-cuore-blue-line-9091.html#bild1|ref=http://www.autobild.de/artikel/daihatsu-sondermodelle-35933.html there is even a german price ![]() -- Last edit: 2013-10-30 11:08:10 |

i know your comments are older but i found some information on the differences.
according to the website of the manufacturer the T-98 is the military version of the Prombron. So the T-98 has smaller engines ranging from 300 to 340 HP, while the Prombron has 360 to 400 HP (car magazine says it has 450 HP!?). The second difference is that the T-98 has many configurations to suit military inventory. For example the Troop carrier has a roof-mounted gun-ring (which is where you could place a gun). The armoured Troop Carrier is, like the name says, just the troop carrier but armored. it can withstand 1 x L2A2, 2 x DM51 hand grenades and anti personnel mines. The "Fast-Attack" is a four-seater with 2 additional gunmen sitting at the back and is automatically equipped with a 23 mm gun. last but not least (i dont want to extend this further to all versions!) the actual T-98 (all other versions arent called T-98; just "Dartz Kombat") is a pickup like troop carrier with the 23 mm gun. it also has remote controlled grenade launchers. i hope i could help. |

Main picture shows the 1993 concept car which is slightly different. the production car looks like this (look at grille for identification):
www.autowp.ru/pictures/vaz/2108/autowp.ru_lada_samara_1.5_gl_flyte_2.jpg I noticed that the inside picture is right-hand. after that i found out they really sold the Flyte in the UK. www.aronline.co.uk/blogs/ar-cars/not-their-finest-hour-lada-samara/ -- Last edit: 2013-10-20 09:41:53 |

German car magazine Autobild says an european release of the Micra Nismo is not planned (yet).

i wonder why this car didnt had a rear picture before. you can get really nice rear pictures @ wikipedia and most of them are uploaded licence-free. Just look under "Licensing" and if its licensed under GNU-FDL (with the Gnu head ^^) everyone can copy, distribute and/or modify the photograph.

based on the Granvia. except the optical differences this car has also a Four-Wheel drive
|

there also was a Group B version with Lotus engine.
|

it was designed by Julian Quincey, head of Design at Holden Special Vehicles. they worked together with Holden as they wanted to give this car an australian design because the Xenon will be sold in australia too.

the concept car is currently for sale @ www.autobarnclassiccars.com for 35.995 $. direct link here:
www.autobarnclassiccars.com/vehicles/2002-chevrolet-avalanche-base-camp-stock-1277/ they have shown this at SEMA 2003 again! and it looks like its absolutely the same car. so add 2000 - 2003 as model year? text also states that it is the "one and only" so total production is 1. -- Last edit: 2013-08-23 13:04:51 |

The car shown in the main picture is the Ballot 2 LTS Torpedo Sport available with 2 or 4 doors(only built until 1927). the original Ballot 2 LTS is a 4-door with roof:

the Company is Avon. Standard was just supplying the Chassis. you can read that in the Stanard article:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_Motor_Company if you dont trust wikipedia here is also a website confirming that those cars where called Avon Standard and not Standard Avon. www.uniquecarsandparts.com.au/car_spotters_guide_europe_1935.htm can someone change that? |
||
yeah they did this because there already was a 309 and they gone out of numbers ^^
i know there also was a 301 before, but they gave a good explanation why they chose 301 and 308 as the new numbers. i think they sell 301 and 308 in mexico to have the old and the new model for a while? like the old Zafira B still is being sold in germany? -- Last edit: 2013-07-28 11:26:52 |

Roewe was going to build beautiful cars, maybe because most designers are old Rover workers. But this ripoff is shit.
