In germany the "Tin Lizzy" was produced in Berlin for the german market from 1926 to 1931. A photo of the Tin Lizzy on german production line is hanging in the "Deutsches Technikmuseum Berlin" (German museum of Technology in Berlin).
as many people dont know Adolf Hitler liked Henry Ford because Ford was thinking similar about Jews. Ford was the first american to get the Eagle Shield of the german Empire. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adlerschild_des_Deutschen_Reiches -- Last edit: 2014-06-25 14:16:36 |

after i made my edit i found out that only the Fluence Z.E. is sold in Germany. The older Fluence was also sold in Germany, but not this generation.
i was just confused because its sold in spain. Lol? -- Last edit: 2013-07-16 11:23:32 |

why not sold in france? it even has a french numberplate!
|

price is 750.000 CHF, so the actual currency rate makes it 789.556 US-Dollar or 605.102 €, not to mention the tax rate which is not included in the original price as Switzerland has no tax for products.
but i think we can call this now a Concept. the car in the pictures has no interior and the homepage of Beck Engineering doesnt even mention a car production. So i gues this project was discontinued and the price was just a "would-be". -- Last edit: 2013-07-12 12:17:01 |

lol only car from VW where its not set as sold in germany? we have Amarok here too, even as Single Cab.
there is a little Pickup-hype in germany and the Amarok is the best sold atm. We have Ssangyong Actyon Sports, Nissan Navara, Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger etc. pp. I have already sit in all 5. -- Last edit: 2013-07-09 10:11:31 |

The Mercedes S-Klasse was presented at a special show in the Airbus Factory in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. I added that in the information, but i am not sure if the typo is okay for you?

are we allowed to add this rare "Alfa Romeo 164 Prototipi"? it looks like this was a scale model (possibly 1:2 or 1:5 scale) and its sitting in some museum or alfa romeo building hidden from public. its ovious that it has no engine but it has nice interior.
alfaromeo164register.com/history/pictures.php?album=./design/scalemodels img196.imageshack.us/img196/3526/escanear0014jk9.jpg Edit: Text on second link says these photos were shot in the centro stile alfa romeo in Arese. -- Last edit: 2013-07-06 17:12:59 |

looks like the car that actually raced had no rear spoiler. because all pictures from Pikes Peak 2012 show this car without rear spoiler.
|
||
the car in the museum is a little bit different, but it was indicated that it is the same model.

just to let you know: there was also a 4-door version of the lynx in this model year.

i am not sure but i think the rear picture shows a different car. the main window has a diferent forme, the car in overall looks longer and the door is also a little bit different. maybe its also just a different trim level?
EDIT: Confirmed. Front picture is actually a Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Spider Corto. the most important part to recognise a Corto Spider is a wing on the trunk lid, which is hidden by the side mirror in the picture :-( if you look closely you can see it. www.favcars.com/images-alfa-romeo-8c-2300-spider-corto-1932-142785 -- Last edit: 2013-06-20 13:02:34 |

i am proud to say that i was able to sit in a Mercury Mystique. These were imported in Poland and a driver allowed me to take a seat. and as a fan of american cars this is a really nice thing.

ironically the SRT8 was supported and styled by Ferrari for european marketing. See here and this is also confirmed on the german Jeep site. Original quote: " ergänzt mit Styling-Elementen der Marke Ferrari und der unmissverständlichen Farbe Rosso Corsa." (Translation: "Added with styling elements of the brand Ferrari and the undisputable colour Rosso Corsa.")
![]() EDIT: Changed France to yes. See here: www.jeep.fr/actualites/20121015_grand_cherokee_srt_limited_edition.html -- Last edit: 2013-06-12 10:14:10 |

please dont wonder that i posted as not sold in Germany. Jeep currently sells only the pre-Facelift version of the SRT8 and until its confirmed the facelift is going to be sold in germany too we should keep this as not sold in germany in my opinion

isnt this version also called "Kit Car"? like this one: www.webcarstory.com/voiture.php?id=10767
|
||
except the tire on the roof and the missing race number its the same car. only the evo 2 had the smaller fenders.
|
||
okay then i post it in the Evo 5 page
new picture is from 1995 Rallye Granada-Dakar, so if the source isnt wrong this is now actually a Evo 4. -- Last edit: 2013-05-31 12:26:31 |

i asked the team via e-mail if they have any rear shots. But they told me there are no rear shots existing in their photo pool.
so let's hope someday someone will appear with a rear shot. EDIT: And i deleted "Renault" in the name because they told me its simply called Schlesser X 301 (with Alpine Renault Shape) -- Last edit: 2013-05-30 14:45:41 |

rear picture is confirmed as an ATS D1B Cosworth. Just with both deck lids and the rear spoiler removed. #9 on the right side is ATS HS1 - Cosworth. Photo is from 1978 USA Grand Prix @ Watkins Glen

just background information on the rear picture: website i have it from says its a 1992, but the rear spoiler indicates its more likely the Evo 4.
|
||
okay changed it. is it okay this way?
|
||
please dont delete the rear shot. it has a different starting number because its from the testing in March 2012, so they didnt need the original number.
they hadnt the best race of their life... ![]() -- Last edit: 2013-05-20 13:55:26 |

most sites say its build from 1966 to 1971. Please change it.
Edit: i see, there are two different versions. one with a low wind screen and one (which i posted the rear picture from) with a higher wind screen. but currently we have only the version with the low screen. but the 1968 one was a high screen car! proof here: ![]() according to racingsportscars.com the low screen car exists as a racing car only beyond 1969 -- Last edit: 2013-05-12 10:30:37 |

it seems like there is no rear picture in the whole world. i only found this.

arent there 2 versions of the L200 car? The front picture shows a car with different rear lights then the 2001 dakar car of Carlos Sousa which i posted the rear picture from. just wondering if we should differ these cars.
