A convertible or cabriolet is an automobile body style that can convert between an open-air mode and an enclosed one, varying in degree and means by model.

Off-road: Another type of convertibles is the off-road vehicles with removable soft tops such as Jeep Wrangler, Suzuki Escudo, Suzuki Samurai, Ford Bronco, Land Rover Defender, Mercedes-Benz G-Class, early models of Toyota Land Cruiser, Land Rover Defender, etc. All these models are available with various types of soft tops that attach to the roll cage or to the installation points on the vehicle's body.

- Only the following vehicles will be accepted: Coupés, Convertibles, Sports Cars, Luxury Cars (> € 80,000), Race Car, Concept Car and Collection Cars (> 30 years).

I really think about quitting this "competition" altogether.

these vehicles are really limit. It's like Fiat 500C or DS3 Cabrio. Sorry if you are offended but i don't want you to quit that only for that.

In my personal opinion coupés and convertibles should be integrated in the luxury cars category, so not under €80,000. I don't really see what is so special about a BMW 2/4 or Audi A5, I see dozens of them every day here in England, and back home they are also common. I also think it's kind of strange that very cheap and uninteresting cars can pass through these categories.

but more than 80000, this will let out some cars like Alfa 4C or Lotus Elise or future Alpine. And also what about the sports hatch? You include them?

I think those cars would still fall under the Sports Cars category.

Yes, cars like 4C or Elise should be considered as a sport cars. About other coupes and convertibles I think we can easily set the limit to 50-60k€. And what about adding special/limited editions (made no more than 500-1000 copies) for cars priced over 40k€?

Well we should have some sort of "depends on setting rule". For example a Trabant 1.1 can be classified as "not enough interesting" for someone but for me or JFK such car would be really unique or rare etc. Dunno if the Trabant was good example but you should understand my point.

Trabant are in majority collection cars so not in this case. But i don't understand the thing you want.

I mean sometimes a car isn't accepted because it's not considered itneresting/unique but in fact it is.

For example with a limit of >80000 € for coupe and convertible (and not sport cars or sport versions of coupe or convertible for example Audi S5 allowed)
Actual European Cars not allowed with this system:
Audi A3 Cabrio, Audi A5, Audi TT, BMW 2, BMW 4, BMW Z4, Citroën E-Mehari, DS3 Cabrio, Fiat 500C, Fiat 124 Spider, Land Rover Range Rover Evoque Cabriolet, Mercedes C Coupe, Mercedes E Coupe, Mercedes SLC, Mini Cabrio, Opel Cascada, Smart Fortwo Cabrio, VW Beetle Cab, VW Scirocco

Also for others cars, basic mustang or camaro will not be allowed i think

I think that we should allow sport versions of there so-called coupe convertible cars, like S3, S5, TT-S, Scirocco R and similar.

Apparently, Suzuki is going to be introducing a new SUV to their European lineup. Called the ACross, it's a plug-in hybrid that will sit above the Vitara...and is literally a Toyota RAV4 PHV with a Suzuki-exclusive front end and badging.

Following in the footsteps of the ACross, Suzuki is now introducing a new hybrid-only estate to their European lineup. Called Swace, it's basically a Suzuki badged version of the Euro-market Toyota Corolla Touring Sports Hybrid.
