The collection cars (more than 30 years) aren't concerned by this law. One more question if you pardon me You need to have the car on "veteran" licence plates or you can just have 30 years old daily driver and be fine?My sister wants to go to Paris with her car that is 28 years old but it is registred (and used) as a normal vehicle. -- Last edit: 2016-06-05 19:22:57 |

Production is in total, including utility variants like panel van, flatbed truck...

Well Paris isn't all fancy cars and rich people. The people living on the edge of Paris probably drive older cars mainly. Isnt that law for centrum only? |

At least it isnt whole country thing
![]() The sh*t will hit the fan (sorry for language) will happen in 2020, since I think your Alfa will be banned too. It kinda suprises me that somebody in capital of such advanced country uses pre-1997 cars. |

Rinspeed, did you heard about the pre-1997 cars ban in Paris?

Rare example of car that is equipped with compressor and turbocharger at the same time.

Seems like it got new paint.

The specs of the engine tells me that it must have had the 4ZE1 from the Rodeo, Trooper, and Pickup under the hood. Feel free to add the missing info -- Last edit: 2016-05-30 16:04:35 |

IRL pic proves that this car existed, but it is with watermark.

Okay, so it's basically a sss-sound versus a shh-sound. Also, if the company would be called Skoda in the Czech Republic that would be rather unfortunate Yes, word "škoda" does have multiple meanings and neither of them are good, "damage" or "shame" |

Another question for you JFK: In the Czech language, does Skoda sound very different from Škoda? translate.google.cz/#en/cs/%C5%A1koda You can decide that yourself, but for me it sounds very different ![]() EDIT: Damn, I probably answered something that you wasnt asking: translate.google.cz/#cs/en/skoda - here is how would "Skoda" be told in CZ. -- Last edit: 2016-05-28 00:15:51 |

No, it's fine. I don't know the Combi Tour, was it the old Octavia Combi produced alongside the newer one? Yes, but with only few engines available |

Why Skoda Octavia Combi as predecessor? Octavia Combi Tour is its spiritual predecessor I belive. Rapid/Rapid Spaceback is a reason why Octavia Tour/Octavia Tour Combi isnt produced, because Rapid take their place in market. If you dont like it, I can change it, not a big deal for me -- Last edit: 2016-05-27 23:53:47 |

Why UAE origin? W Motors was founded in Lebanon, and even though they moved to the UAE, that's not their origin. Otherwise we would be adding Infiniti cars as Hong Kong origin. My bad, I got confused by that move to UAE. |

Good idea. I think it will be better if Rinspeed create new category after last race called qualification point so we add points from quali without adding the results since it's not race. Rinspeed is this possible? Oooor maybe to create duplicates of the race that say (Qualification) after its name? |

This alongside with Climber should be origin India in my opinion. They were showed off in India and this car isnt even made for EU. Of course, if these two variants were actually modified by French renault, I officially became and idiot that started another pointless discussion.

Too bad they're already using the Rapid name for the most boring car in the world.. VW Group lost its barriers for not breaking a tradition long time ago. I feel this is the right time to show you this funny 1980s promo for Skoda from Netherlands. Rapid seems like some sort of special NL-market version, maybe you would like to add it -- Last edit: 2016-05-25 22:18:12 |

Well well well well well, what do we have here?
If this will go to production it will be a first 21st century Škoda, that I really, really like! The color really suits it aswell. |

I saw this car in person at the 2011 Geneva Autoshow, and it looked great. Such a shame it was barely produced. Good thing is, there are quite a few cars in Netherlands. You wont bump into Turbo6 though, because only one car was produced, aswell as Biopower one. -- Last edit: 2016-05-22 15:10:25 |

I dont know if I listed it correctly (my 1st electric car I think). It does have 2 variants, each variant has 2 electric engines and I combined their torque and power together.

Pretty interesting, I might do BMW after I finish Datsun USA. Oldsmobile is also going to appear in the near future (which I am excited for), and I have the data for Japanese Nissan/Datsun/Prince. You are going for the million, dont you? |

i think this is only for cars with the 'collection licence'. And the 28 years old is not enough. But she can let it around Paris and go inside with other transport.
Thank you for info
