From the late 70s on, when American cars switched from cu (302) to cc (4942), Ford sold its 4942cc V8 engine as the 5.0 Ford Windsor, which of course should be 4.9.
Should I list it as 5.0, because that is how Ford sold it? Or should I list it as 4.9, because that is correct?
