Why is this changed to Alfa Romeo?
Ferrari is only paying Sauber to carry Alfa badges on car and in team name. Same as Aston Maertin is doing for Red Bull.

These Formula 1 cars should be listed under whoever builds them, not what team it is, no?

Because we had do that for BMW Sauber. It's Alfa Romeo sponsorship with the 2018 Ferrari engine. So you can do as you want, if you want to put them as Sauber, you can. Perhaps Sauber Alfa Romeo and Red Bull Aston Martin (the cars will be also in Alfa Romeo and Aston Martin pages)

We can do this Sauber Alfa Romeo and Red Bull Aston Martin thing, but that also mean moving changing Haas to Dallara Haas, since Dallara is making their chassis.
