Also they are not counted towards Dutch car sales. Well, it have 4 wheels and roof, but I see your point. In CZ we have it aswell, that you can drive it when you have scooter licence. I called it in my comment rounabout (oddly, when I translate it from CZ to EN, it works, but not vice versa - it means something like small car, that is not suited for long trips and driving outside of town), and micro-car would be suitable too I guess. |
