2018-11-27 23:20		The Saab 9-3 Viggen T16 4x4 is the 1999 European Rallycross Champion's car, Per Eklund. The Saab 9-3 Viggen T16 4x4 is the successor of Saab 900 Turbo Rallycross (1997-98) and was run by Clarion Team Europe until the end of 2004 season when it was replaced by Saab 9-3 SS in 2005.
