2018-12-01 23:30 | Production ending by the end of 2019, as part of the separation of Opel/Vauxhall from it's former parent company. No word on if a new Peugeot/Citroen based model will replace it, like a lot of GM based model replacements have been, though I wouldn't be surprised that if there does end up being one, it could end up being closely related to the Peugeot 108/Citroen C1/Toyota Aygo, since the Karl/Viva's discontinuation should happen in line with a likely time period for a 108/C1/Aygo redesign. |

That really depends on whether the Karl was designed at Opel or at GM Korea. I don't know which of the two had most influence on the car, but that one should be origin. |
