Interesting fact: the license plate on the MU in the top image is currently in use on a 2009 Volkswagen Golf GTI.

Plate on the one in the bottom image isn't in use, or is on a car old enough so it doesn't need to go through emissions tests in California.

Hahaha that's interesting alright. I wonder why they put American plates on for the promotional pictures.
