2024-02-02 05:20 | It was announced in mid-January that the car has gone into production, but no word on any deliveries as of yet. When you consider this is a hand-built machine intended to be of the same caliber of quality as a Rolls-Royce, the timeline from production to delvery is likely a lot longer than usual. I'd imagine deliveries could start later in February, maybe early March.
Desscythe17 2024-01-13 15:52 | This was already spotted on the road in 2023, so maybe it is already in production. No official specs to be found anywhere though.

2019-01-19 03:09 | I'll bet that the CT6 ends up being moved to Lansing Grand River Assembly, where the Alpha platform Cadillacs and Camaro are built, since the Omega platform under the CT6 is related to the Alpha, and a lot of the tooling can then be loaded up on trucks and moved a rather short distance to LGRA. According to Google, it's 89 miles between the two plants, and about an hour and eighteen minutes of a drive. That also means that employees from D-H Assembly can easily be moved to LGRA to build CT6s there. It's smart and would certainly be cost effective.
Desscythe17 2019-01-15 15:27 | Along with the Chevrolet Sonic, Cruze, Impala, Volt, Cadillac ATS, CTS and XTS, this was planned to be discontinued after the 2019 model year. However, GM apparently now is planning to move production of the CT6 elsewhere instead of discontinuing it, leaving Cadillac with at least one sedan in its lineup. -- Last edit: 2019-01-15 15:27:29
Desscythe17 2018-08-15 09:49 | carcrasher88 wrote Should be 2014 only, 2015+ (2016+ model year in the US) Escalades have the new Cadillac crest, and apparently the chrome around the lower intake was also slimmed down a bit. 2017 model year and newer models have an updated grille and headlights, while the center console was redesigned for the 2018 model year. I'm aware of this change. However, it's a very minor facelift, which combined with a lack of good pictures of the post-facelift model doesn't really deserve a separate page.

Desscythe17 2018-01-09 21:18 | According to Wikipedia, the plug-in hybrid variant is assembled in Jinqiao, China (by Shanghai GM). The gasoline version is built in Detroit, like most other Cadillacs. -- Last edit: 2018-01-09 21:18:39

Rinspeed 2016-08-19 16:19 | The changes: - New layout - New system of question (in first page) - New system for adding advertising videos on a car page - New system for adding pictures of cars of stars on a car page - Adding Rental/Commercial only car when adding a car - Adding system of avatar like in IGCD - Correct the page of makes by doing a selection (recent cars, race cars, concept cars...) - Center picture on car page and other pages - Correct a bug that put the color of a car in a wrong order if the lang isn't english - Correct pages add/edit/delete/upload with the layout (not white as before)> it seems there is a lot of bug with that now - Correct some problem with Special font (but i can't solve all) - New Polish lang - Correct a bug in championship, when someone edit a result in a championship without points, the positions aren't reset automatically like before (now you had to put them manually) - Separation in championship of pics of car that finished and pics of car that not finished - Correct the problem of order of cars for a same driver, now the cars were in the order of the championship (not the name of the car as before) - Adding a system to put same position and same car picture for drivers who are in a same car (in WEC for example) - And some others little problems I hadn't do the system to put positions for championships by points, better place and number of better place like Mark0 want. It's too complicated. It's like before by points and by better place.
