Since this and the d'Arts Style were essentially concept bridges between the Fiat Cinquecento-based Lucciola and the original Daewoo Matiz, it's pretty clear these are Giugiaro designs as well, right?

I'm not sure. They might be designed by Giugiaro but my opinion is that Daewoo made these concepts based on the Lucciola to see the reaction of the public and also to see how it would look in production spec.
