I did some research about Pyeonghwa in the past: this one is the Peokkugi 4WD ( 뻐꾸기 4WD, also translated in English as Ppeokpuggi or Bbeokgugi ), and it's a rebadged Chinese Dadi Shuttle with a different grille.
