2018-08-23 14:28		I believe the trim levels are the SX, Ghia, Aissia, Junior and the GT-X, sadly I do not have pictures of these trims.

2018-03-25 19:23		3-dr model was built in Japan by Mazda, while 4-dr and 5-dr models were built by Kia in Korea, with the steering wheel on the left.
