There are two Irish Rally Championships: One which is Tarmac (Tarmac Rally Championship), which allows only FIA Cars to be eligible for Tarmac Championship Points and other is National Rally Championship, which allows all Rally Cars including WRC being eligible for National Championship Points.

I think would be basically similiar to France and Spain, which they have both Asphalt and Gravel Championships.

This Touring car has competed on Spanish Touring Car Championships (Campeonato de España de Turismos) with Official Spanish Fiat Racing Team from 1991 to 1993.

Unfortunately the Supercars Championship, which is Maximum Category, there were only two cars running in that class and Frederico Santos on his Mitsubishi was the only one eligible for points (the Subaru driver Daniel Pacheco, who ran behind him, was not registered for the championship).
