Ford78 2019-11-06 11:37	Season complete, Oliver Solberg fails to capture Estonia Rally Championship. If he hadn't missed the final round, he would have been crowned as both Latvian and Estonian Rally Champion. The Champion is Georg Gross in his Ford Fiesta WRC.
