There isn't very much information about this rally car, but that car has competed in Zimbabwe and South African Rallies from 1995 to 1996.

I already have finished the rally championships of 2019, although only top 20 drivers were added.

Yes, one of them being Formula 1 2019. I even thought on finishing it, but I think that it's better to let Mark0 finish though. :)
