From what I can tell, only 120 were ever made, not 200. I'm having some difficulty working out countries too. Definitely the Middle East (Taraf is Arabic for ultimate luxury), but I'm not sure they even sold it in the UK!

Also, production began in 2015 and ended in December of 2016.
