Since it's based on the Dart...shouldn't it be US origin, not Italian? (Besides, it's not even available in Italy, it's Chinese exclusive.)

That's not entirely true. The Dart is only based on the Giulietta's platform, but Dodge built an original car on that platform.

And as the Viaggio is just a rebadged Dart with I think one different engine, it should be US origin.
