From the Help page: Other bodystyles is meant for the different bodystyles. For example, if you were adding a Ford Mondeo Sedan, you should link the 5-door Hatchback and Station Wagon in this section. Other models is meant for cars that are visually different from the car youre adding (not colors but parts like bumpers, grilles, lights, etc.). If you were adding a Volkswagen Golf, you would link the Volkswagen Golf GTI here. Similar cars is meant for cars that share the same platform and are very similar, or cars that are exactly the same, only built by a different manufacturer. If you were adding a Citron C1 for example, you should link the Peugeot 107 and Toyota Aygo here.
