I'm adding the English versions of colours but is it a problem if the names are not the same (so not translations)? For example on the UK Fiat site Bleu Mditeranne is named Elba Blue (when the translation is Mediterranean Blue).

it's not a problem, sometimes, the colors aren't the same name. Just a thing if you put a name on a color, all the others from the same make with the same name will be automatically translate.
