Is it supposed to be a Vamos and/or Vamos Hobio replacement, or something to compliment the Acty lineup, similar to how the Daihatsu Hijet Caddie (commercial variant of the Wake) compliments the Hijet lineup? It is in fact scheduled to be the successor to the Vamos and take the N-Series to the commercial market. It also doesn't have a B-pillar in order to make loading from the side easier. The Honda N-Box (even before it entered the second generation) suddenly became extremely popular in Japan and dethroned the Daihatsu Move and Suzuki Wagon R, which have dominated sales in this specific class for over 20 years. Honda is hoping this success rubs off on the similar N-Van. -- Last edit: 2018-07-12 10:22:19 |
