In cyrillic it's "ХАДИ", shouldn't it be translated as "KhADI" ?

I can find names starting with Х that are translated as either H or Kh, so I don't think it matters.

It should actually be KhADI because it would translate to Kharkov Automobile Dorozhniy (Roadgoing) Institute
