If I recall, the Windsor engine was used in the roadgoing Ford GT.

The Windsor V8 was used in tons of different Fords.

I'm just reading about this car, it participated in the 1963 Monte Carlo Rally, no?
I think you can return the front image you had before, since it does seem to be an American Falcon that participated in the rally, and not an Australian one.

It did participate on 1963 Monte Carlo Rally, however, the main debut was in 1962 Safari Rally Kenya (second by Rallye-info's website), hence why it is put as "1962-64" instead of "1963-64".
This picture is from the 1963 Monte Carlo Rally.

I searched pictures of Ford Falcon Rally in Google and I found that they seem to be American Falcon instead of Australian. Thanks for the informations! :)

This Rally Car was built by Ford Australia to compete in Australian Rally Championship under Group P Regulations. Group P means Group N for Australia.
This rally car has competec under official Ford RS Team Australia from 2005 to 2007 and pulled out of Australian Rallies before the 2008 season had started.

Is this really an Australian Falcon? It has California plates.
The Falcon was also an American car during the 60s, so that would change its origin.

I can't stand Holden vs Ford guys at Supercars comment section, it's pure cancer, but Holden supporters main thing is that Ford is racing car that you can't buy.

I think both Falcon and Commodore have finished production, so it they are still for sale, it's leftover stock.

Something I don't understand: On the "Makes" page, why do words between brackets disappear? For example, Ford Brasil, Ford Australia, etc. all show up as Ford.. They have the right flag behind them, but still.

The range of models here is quite complicated, the XR6 and XR6 Turbo may need to be listed separately but they have the same motors as the G6 and G6 Turbo (but with a manual gearbox).

For the record, front view is G6 and rear view is XT.
