2019-07-02 19:28 | This car was essentially a slightly reworked LeMans. It received the Bonneville name from the bigger B-body car that was discontinued. The A-body platform this car was based on was renamed the G-body, since a new FWD A-body was introduced (underpinning the Pontiac 6000). This Bonneville was also named "Bonneville Model G" for a few years because of this. This car was called Grand LeMans for 1982 and 1983 in Canada, after which it was renamed Bonneville, marking the debut of that name in Canada. -- Last edit: 2019-07-02 19:28:25 |
