This car was used as a basis for Turkish Skodas between 1966-1982. Until 1971 they made pickups with different rear end than original, from 1971 until 1982 they made totally different looking pickups, but they were still using Skoda components inside. It was replaced by Skoda 1203 based pickup.
Reason why they made their own Skodas was because Turkish goverment in 1966 banned importing completed cars to Turkey.
