Rinspeed 2014-08-12 16:49 | Desscythe17 wrote Replacing configurator pictures and pictures of lesser quality with better ones sounds good. It will work the same as normal car pictures: anything decent works, but when there is a better picture, it will be replaced. Good, so can you replace your colors (Cadillac and Acura) with at least configurator pic? |
Desscythe17 2014-08-12 16:32 | Rinspeed wrote First, if Desscythe17 can say what he's think of the system configurator and replace... Second for clio, i know but perhaps you can search on google like i had do for Twingo and Clio (Clio + color). I had erase some of them, you don't put them on the right Clio. And no color for Concept or Race cars. Replacing configurator pictures and pictures of lesser quality with better ones sounds good. Rinspeed 2014-08-12 16:11 | Ford78 wrote Well, if an member wants to replace an picture too blurry to an better one, then he has to create a new colour. And then, a picture which was putted before the replacement (too blurry) will be erased (by putting the information. Great idea! Anyways, I got Clio's colours in: www.forum-clio.com/index.php?topic=264.20 Warning: Unfortunately, the can't be putted racing cars liveries, right? Is because I don't think that they have only one paint. First, if Desscythe17 can say what he's think of the system configurator and replace... 2014-08-12 16:07 | Rinspeed wrote oh yes i had to do that. i will do. For Colors> Perhaps we can fix as rules: No color without picture, at least a configurator picture, at best real pic. We can say that if someone want to put a real pic instead, he had to create a new color and we will erase the old one (by putting an information). What did you think? If it's that the list of colors without pics is not util. Well, if an member wants to replace an picture too blurry to an better one, then he has to create a new colour. Rinspeed 2014-08-12 11:55 | Desscythe17 wrote How about small squares with colors? There are multiple paint databases online which have those. Rinspeed 2014-08-12 00:05 | Rinspeed wrote yes i know, but the color could be not really representative of the good one. I had see that a lot of time. Desscythe17 2013-03-14 20:32 | I don't think so. Classic luxury cars, OK, but modern ones are better off with FWD. It makes them roomier, more fuel efficient and more comfortable, while RWD luxury cars are just plain faster. But that's not what a luxury car is about. Besides, most of the marques you described probably used RWD because they didn't know how to properly make a FWD luxury car. For example Citroën has made luxury cars since almost the beginning, and they make the most comfortable cars that exist -- Last edit: 2013-03-14 20:34:14 |
Mark0 2013-03-14 16:40 | Desscythe17 wrote For a luxury car that doesn't need high performance, FWD is way better than RWD. I know, but greatest luxurious cars have RWD. Duesenberg, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, old Cadillacs and Lincolns. It's OK for luxury car to have FWD, but when it have over 300hp it's stupid to use FWD. -- Last edit: 2013-03-14 16:41:12 |

Mark0 2013-03-12 14:29 | So nice and big car with Front Wheel Drive. I don' know why they put Fwd in big cars. Fwd is for small cars no big ones... |
