We had one of them (in the form of a US market Suzuki Forenza) as a rental, and it was a vast improvement. Smooth ride, nice interior. It was very quiet, too. Very good car. Maybe that's why the Chevrolet version was Top Gear's second 'Reasonably Priced Car'... my dad had the Daewoo Lacetti from 2005-2008 and it was a very cool car nice interior and i keep seeing the exact one he owned |

2011-04-23 18:11 | Worst car I've ever been in. We had one as a rental a few years ago, and the thing was only about a year old. There were your usual rental problems (dirty, worn seats, etc.), but it also had a horrible ride on the main roads and highways. It was worse than having a tractor as a daily driver. No wonder they only sell for $1,000-$2,000 on the dealer lots these days. Absolute junk. |
