2020-02-20 21:38 | Should be of South Korean origin, not US. This concept, off of which the original Captiva was based off of, was designed by GM Daewoo's (now GM Korea) design center in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

2014-12-26 17:39 | Saw a bunch of these on a dealer lot yesterday, I can confirm that the US-spec Trax IS Korean built, unlike the Canadian-spec model.
Desscythe17 2014-04-16 10:07 | carcrasher88 wrote https://www.autoblog.com/2014/04/15/2015-chevy-trax-official-pictures/ It's official, the Trax will be coming to the US market as a 2015 model at an unspecified date with no apparent changes other than the addition of chrome strips to the grille. Question is, will the US market Trax be built in South Korea, along side the Encore, or in Mexico? The Canadian Trax is built in Mexico, so I don't think the American Trax will be built in Korea. -- Last edit: 2014-04-16 10:10:29

2011-05-16 01:07 | I know that GM said they're not selling it in the US because of the Traverse and Equinox, but they probably really didn't want the US public to face the second coming of the Aztek. Seriously, this thing is almost as ugly as that and the Fiat Multipla...well, on the outside, at least. It makes the Ford Flex look like a Mercedes-Benz in comparison, just as the Aztek makes it look like an Aston Martin in comparison. Just my opinion, though.
