I think that it should be considered as 2019 season, not 2018, since Formula GT consider as 2018/19 season. If it begins in December 2018 and it ends at July 2019, then I think it should be considered as 2019 Formula E, not 2018 Formula E.

Well, I had the same problem with "'d" a few years ago... Unfortunately the program does not like "d'Ambrosio". Perhaps you have to put "d Ambrosio" instead of "d'Ambrosio".
