Well, it was homologated to road traffic and officially offered. But don't know how much, if any, were sold.

price is 750.000 CHF, so the actual currency rate makes it 789.556 US-Dollar or 605.102 €, not to mention the tax rate which is not included in the original price as Switzerland has no tax for products.

but i think we can call this now a Concept. the car in the pictures has no interior and the homepage of Beck Engineering doesnt even mention a car production. So i gues this project was discontinued and the price was just a "would-be".
