Its not called Yeti anymore, but Karoq.

But for the main picture: Yeah it has some very very minor similarities but i would still say its a chinese car disguised as a current gen Geely Boyue and not a Karoq. The only similarity i see between german and chinese spy shots is the D-Pillar where some sort of black spoiler can be seen on both.
