There are NO battery chargers everywhere! Chinese car drivers have to figure out clever ideas how to charge their electric cars. As most chinese (and specially the drivers of electric cars) live in high-rise appartment buildings inside mega cities this is really hard. So an electric car is good for cities? Not in China!
