Is this exclusive to Germany in Europe? I can't find it on either the Dutch or French Volkswagen website.

I be.lieve it's for US market.

i don't know for France and Netherlands but there is some test of it on the Franch TV so perhaps in a few months.

Checked South Korea, Australia, Japan, and Brasil. None of them have the Dune listed, so they're NOs, at least for now. I'm certain that if it's offered here, it'll probably be available in Canada as well.

Edit: Dune confirmed for the UK market.

Edit 2: No Dune on the Canadian VW site.

Edit 3: Confirmed, the Dune is available in the Mexican market.

Looks like VW has thought it over about putting the Dune into production. (it was originally a 2000 concept car)

Been trying to find the Dune on other country's VW sites...

- Unsure about Spain, because I'm having difficulties navigating their site, same with Romania, and India's VW site doesn't give much for information on the Beetle.

- Sweden is a YES.

- Turkey is a NO, along with South Africa, Russia, Malaysia, Italy, Indonesia (in fact, the Beetle isn't offered there at all), France, China, Saudi Arabia, and Argentina.

That leaves three countries that are listed undetermined.

It will be also available here but only as special order vehicle.

Update: Though it's not listed on the Japanese VW website, I can confirm that the Dune WAS sold in Japan officially, as I've found RHD Dunes on Goo-Net, confirming it's availability, so Japan can be changed to a YES.
