This car was exported to Canada, but I'm not sure about the US, since it was thought that soldiers returning home from the Western front brought back the cars. Before the war, export to the US was literally impossible because of tariffs.

Like a lot of classic British stuff, these will probably pop up anywhere that used to be part of the empire/commonwealth.
