Uhm that is incorrect. Several rumors are currently swarming the internet:

Citroen C5 number 4 will be built in China. A cooperation with Opel and a body share with the next Insignia were discussesd, but Citroen and Opel started arguing and they both split up according to german newspaper "Die Welt". Not sure if they will finally do it.

And Citroen has already confirmed that the C5 successor will have no hydropneumatic anymore (no Citroen will have it anymore).

It's only rumors though. I personally would understand if Citroën dropped the C5. Sedans are so impopular in Europe, and the station wagon probably has a lot of competition from the DS 5.
Perhaps they will continue it for China or call a DS model over there its successor.
