my source is auto-data.net and automobile-catalog.com, all engines are for Korean version

You don't need to add the country in the production location, because we have those flags for that. Just Ulsan with the flag or Beijing with the flag is fine.

States can be used anytime for clarification. In the case of the United States it is necessary though, because there are many cities with the same name, but in different states.
