This championship was incomplete so I had to put the rest of drivers which were classified in various races. For the races I used the ewrc-results.com/season.php?season=1999§ion=138&t=France.

The points were: 20-16-14-12-10-9-8-7-6-5 (bonus: 10-8-6-4-2) in all races except the Tour de Corse which had a coefficient of 0,5.

The points system for 0,5:
1- 15
2- 8
3- 7
4- 6
5- 5
6- 4,5
7- 4
8- 3,5
9- 3
10- 2,5

Bonus (Class)
1- 5
2- 4
3- 3
4- 2
5- 1
