i noticed that you have added the State for a production place in venezuela. So i am curious if this is now for every production country.

If yes, Cologne is in North Rhine-Westphalia and Dagenham is in the state of Greater London.

Also, states and such are more important in North/South America since there are many cities there with the same name. I'm not sure about Japan, but I've added their states just to be safe. In Europe, I can't really think of two cities with the same name straight away.
