It's not a Renault, maybe something locally produced in Czech Republic? Or probably just something built for that commercial.

Oh, that is not CZ only commercial. I found it in french, italian, german and some other languages too, but after I posted the comment So it could be something actually made.

Guys, you can just leave it I was just curious about it, but no harm done if we just leave it as unknown/modified car. There is quite a riot on IGCD right now (mainly because GTA V Stratum and annoying Burn Rubber, who is extinguishing fire with gas on all pages), and surely no-one here wants to transfer it here

Difference is, this isn't part of a car on the website, so it doesn't really matter who is right. I just wanted to figure out what car this is, but it's probably just a custom car.
