it's not an issue. If you remember, you had to put the best to the last and classify all (1> 12pts, 2>10 pts, 3>8pts 4>6pts...). And at the end you had to validate your vote to finishi it. Mieguy had also do the error with only voting for one car.
I think i had to put a text to explain this. Someone can do it? (i'm not good in english ;-) )

I guess so, because it was sold in Soviet Union (Made for Russia) and Czechoslovakia (Made for Czech Republic here).

What is quite strange for me, that sometimes is Signet with sail boat badge (normal logo), and sometimes with S logo (specially for Signet). Proably it must be somewhat related to fell of communism in USSR and end of cold war.
